The challenge
Held Biker Fashion distributes its high-quality motorcycle products through a wide network of partners across Europe. To successfully sell new collections, great products alone aren’t enough — knowledge matters too. That’s why the company relies on regular product training videos for its retail partners.
Until now, these videos were only available in German — occasionally with added English subtitles. But for real market penetration, that’s not sufficient: sales partners in Italy, France, or the UK need true language versions, not just subtitles. The goal was to make the content available in multiple languages — without the need for reshoots, re-editing, or lengthy coordination efforts.
