The challenge
Buycycle is Europe’s leading marketplace for high-quality pre-owned bikes — backed by a strong YouTube community. The content includes product comparisons, tips, reviews, and technical insights. The goal: to make Buycycle’s international success visible on YouTube as well.
Until now, each language version was created manually — with recording studios, voice actors, and full post-production. For five channels, that meant five times the effort, five times the cost, and five times the coordination. At the same time, the content lost much of its authenticity — the speaker’s presence, personality, and style often faded in the process.
