The challenge
The New Com Academy is the centerpiece of New Com’s digital training offering — featuring professionally produced learning videos on social media marketing, paid ads, and performance campaigns. The goal: to make this proven training format accessible to international clients as well.But with nearly 10 hours of video content, multiple presenters, and heavy use of specialized terminology from online marketing, media buying, and tracking technologies, it quickly became clear: a fully manual localization process would be too slow and too expensive. A full re-production — including new scripts, filming, and editing — would have taken months and blown the budget.
