Dubly.AI works in two directions, and the two language lists are different:
Source language — the language spoken in the video you upload (used for transcription).
Target languages — the languages you dub the video into.
The source list is larger than the target list, so a language can be available as a source without being available as a dubbing target. For example, you can upload a video spoken in Hebrew, but Hebrew is not a target language — you can't dub into Hebrew.

Target languages (what you can dub into)
You can dub into these 33 languages:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian (Bokmål), Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
Regional variants you can pick explicitly:
English — UK or USA
Spanish — Latin American or Peninsular (Spain)
All other target languages have no fixed regional variant — and no neutral one either. Portuguese, for example, is not automatically Brazilian: for every dub the AI interprets how that particular speaker would sound in the target language, so the result can lean towards one region or the other depending on the speaker, the video and the audio. There is no setting that forces a regional accent, and the leaning is decided during the first generation — re-generating the dub does not let you steer it.

Need a language that isn't listed?
If a target language is not in the dropdown, it is not available yet. Regional variants work the same way: apart from English (UK/USA) and Spanish (Latin American/Peninsular), no variant can be forced — neither by you nor by our team.
What you can do today:
Pick a voice from the region you want. Dub the video again with the voice cloning style Replace Voice and try a library voice that matches the regional accent you need. This replaces the cloned original voice, but the accent is then the one of the voice you picked. See Voice options: Studio voices and voice cloning.
Correct the wording. Words that differ between regions can be changed in the Advanced Editor. Pronunciation and accent cannot be edited there.
