No. Your uploaded content is used to generate your video translations. We do not use customer data — including video, audio, or text content — for training AI models. Your company's content remains your intellectual property.

Yes. We put Data Processing Agreements in place with our contractors and suppliers, and — on request — with our customers as well. These agreements are part of how we work to keep personal data processing in line with GDPR requirements.
